2. Use License
When you create a ppts.cloud account, we grant you a license to use our platform according to your subscription plan. This license is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms. Under this license, you may:
- Create, edit, and share presentations using our platform
- Export presentations for personal or business use
- Store your presentations on our servers according to your plan limits
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Use our service to store or transmit any material that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
- Use our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our content policies
- Resell or redistribute access to ppts.cloud without our explicit permission
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using ppts.cloud. By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload or create on our platform.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of ppts.cloud require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change subscription fees at any time, but will provide notice before any price change affects your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppts.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Business interruption
- Any other financial loss
Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
6. Service Modifications
We are constantly updating and improving our service. We may add, alter, or remove functionality from ppts.cloud at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate the service for maintenance or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ppts.cloud immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
