1How do I create my first presentation?

To create a new presentation, log in to your account, click the 'Create' button on your dashboard, enter a title and description of your presentation topic, and our AI will generate slides for you to customize. You can then edit the content, change the theme, and adjust the layout as needed.

2Can I import existing presentations?

Currently, we don't support direct imports from other presentation software. However, you can easily copy and paste content from existing presentations into ppts.cloud slides. We're working on adding direct import functionality in a future update.

3How do I share my presentations?

You can share your presentations in several ways: 1) Make them public and share the presentation link, 2) Export to PDF or PowerPoint format to share manually, 3) Use the 'Present' mode to display your presentation directly from ppts.cloud during meetings or presentations.

4What's the difference between Free and Pro plans?

The Free plan includes basic features with limitations on the number of presentations and slides. The Pro plan offers unlimited presentations, advanced customization options (custom themes, advanced layouts), priority support, and the ability to remove ppts.cloud branding from your presentations.

5How secure is my presentation data?

We take data security seriously. All your presentations are stored securely in the cloud with encryption. We never share your content with third parties, and you maintain full ownership of all your presentations. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6Can I collaborate with others on a presentation?

Yes, collaboration features are available on Pro plans. You can invite team members to view or edit your presentations, work simultaneously on the same presentation, and track changes made by different collaborators.
